Xinghuo Capacitor Factory in Wenling City is located in the Dayangcheng Industrial Zone of Daxi Town, Wenling City, Zhejiang Province. The enterprise is adjacent to National Highway 104 and the Yongtaiwen Expressway, bordering the Haimen Port, and is 23 kilometers away from Huangyan Airport, separated from Wenzhou City by only a mountain, with extremely convenient sea, land, and air transportation. Since its establishment in 1992, the company has closely followed the development pace of the national "Spark Program." After more than a decade of arduous entrepreneurship, it has grown from a small workshop-style factory into a comprehensive capacitor specialist with assets worth tens of millions of yuan. Covering an area of 6,000 square meters and with a construction area of over 9,900 square meters, the factory is equipped with a full set of capacitor production equipment, including international Italian vacuum coating machines, Italian automatic winding machines, and domestically advanced gold spraying and empowerment sorting machines. It has also established a fully functional capacitor type testing laboratory, endowing the company with strong innovation and R&D capabilities. The enterprise has established an efficient management system, with many products being domestic firsts. It produces a series of AC motor capacitors and various series of self-healing low-voltage shunt power capacitors. The motor capacitors include four series with over 200 specifications, with an annual production capacity of approximately 8 million units. The self-healing shunt capacitors include five series with hundreds of specifications, with an annual production capacity of 5 million kilovolt-ampere. It is one of the few enterprises in China with complete equipment. The company places great emphasis on quality, with a sound quality assurance system and strict quality management. It has successively obtained ISO9001:2000 certification, and many products have passed China Electrical Committee CQC certification, UL certification from the United States, CE certification from the European Community, and TuV certification from Germany, as well as VDE certification from Germany.
